The center area of Poland is extremely flat. Many fruit trees are grown just outside of Warsaw. We saw apples, cherries, and other trees.
Here is the hostel where we stayed. It was under $40 a night and the room had two beds, a bathroom, small table, and closet. It was very affordable and had the basics and we made our own beds; actually Justyna made the beds as I failed to insert the blanket into the blanket cover thing non-abstractly. Pieniny Mountains in the background. Off the picture to the right is the tallest peak in the range. This picture was taken on our second day from a raft.
This is the view from our room in the morning after getting up.
Same as above, but turned the other way. Thats one of the mountain trails there. We hiked this on the second day.
Lots of farm lots and distant buildings and even more distant Tatra Mountains (mostly Slovakian).
 Typical buildings and hillsides
Many small creeks are spread about. Here is one that ran along side two steep hills and emptied out to the main river in the distance.
Large parking lot served as a hub for us to explore the tourist stuff and town areas. It cost about $1 to park for several hours. I'm not sure if Crosby (our 96 Nissan) is in this picture or not. update: its Crosby.
Famous Polish tree. I've seen it portrayed in park materials as well as photographed for numerous things. This was at the top of one of the mountains we hiked; I believe it was the second highest. This hike was interesting because we had to get a raft ride across the little river first then hike to the summit. Luckily I am not a mountain painter as it was hard work hiking up to the top.
Small yellow flowers on a plant at the summit.
